Inspired by, and named after my grandmother Lillian, who was born into poverty in the state of Alabama in 1916. Her humble beginning did not define her life as she became a successful business woman by 1950. Nana’s passion was fueled by the desire to feed her family and friends good food. One of her greatest joys was owning a truck stop that fed many people tasty food made from simple ingredients.
